Tenchu Z Xbox360 iso4/5/2024 ![]() It encourages you to think outside the box, and to act like a real ninja! :) I've played all the tench games, and although the controls have changed, I still found it pretty enjoyable. Although this game may make you spend quite a bit of time completing a level (due to the running and the hiding, strategizing(sp?) or you could Rambo all the way through), I still found it thoroughly enjoyable. You are forces to keep quiet and stay out of the light so enemies can't detect you. In this new version, however, it's a bit more realistic. Like any other tench game, it requires player to use stealth and silently kill their enemies. I've played all the tench games, and although the controls have changed, I still found it pretty enjoyable. A good game if your a Tenchu fan, but if not I'd skip it. Instead it just feels like the same old thing we saw in the 90's. I wish they had pushed this series a little harder to grow up on the next-gen consoles. The ugly: It gets very tiresome to have to do the same thing over and over. is not on par with Metal Gear Solid games, not a great variety of weapons, story could use some work, You can run through every level and finish it quickly if you like, controls could use some work. The Bad: All words spoken in japanese (with subtitles), some graphical glitches, gaurds follow same paths and thier A.I. The Good: Nice graphics, 50 levels, killing in stelth is always fun, Build your own character and partner, Great cutscene graphics, same gameplay as past tenchu games (good or bad depending on how you look at it). Tenchu Z for the Xbox 360, while not as groundbreaking as the first Tenchu game for the Playstation, is still fun.
